How it works

Prepare & Load Sample

Stain with Trypan Blue and load up to six samples into the CytoCube. The easy to read LED lights indicate which sample is being analyzed. Easily move between samples by moving the slide in or out.

Run Analysis

With one of the quickest read-times in the industry, the CytoCube uses an advanced imaging system to capture images of the cells and analyze them to provide accurate cell counts and viability assessments. Reads accurately in 2 seconds per sample.

Review Results & Export Data

CytoCube’s software can run on any Windows PC and provides information on cell concentration, viability, and morphology, depending on the type of analysis performed. Export the data in PDF, XLS, JPG formats.

In under 2 seconds, the CytoCube captures high-resolution images of the cells, which can be used for detailed analysis of cell morphology, size, and shape.
